South Korea’s Lotte Food Pasteur has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with New Zealand-based sheep’s milk company Spring Sheep Milk.

Lotte Food Pasteur intends to introduce new milk-based products in South Korea next year.

Spring Sheep Milk claims that sheep’s milk contains higher levels of calcium and protein in comparison to cow’s milk. In addition, its protein and fat structure enables easy digestion and absorption.

Spring Sheep Milk is a joint venture (JV) company owned by Landcorp and SLC Group.
