Nestlé Waters North America has expanded the distribution of its Poland Spring Origin bottled water across the US using e-commerce platform Amazon.

Poland Spring Origin is a mineral water that does not contain additives. It is claimed to have been naturally filtered in 10,000-year-old glacial sands.

Beginning this month, Poland Spring Origin will be available across the US to consumers on Amazon.com and through ReadyRefresh Nestlé in a 12-pack of 900ml bottles.

From next month, Poland Spring Origin will also be available in select retail locations in Florida and Texas, with plans for national retail expansion in 2020.

“We’ve been getting consumer letters, calls and social posts from all over the US requesting we make Poland Spring available nationwide.”

Nestlé Waters North America vice-president and chief marketing officer Yumiko Clevenger-Lee said: “Poland Spring is a trusted brand with more than 170 years of rich history and is well-known to many in the Northeast and beyond.

“For years we’ve been getting consumer letters, calls and social posts from all over the US requesting we make Poland Spring available nationwide. With the launch of Poland Spring Origin, we are excited to delight consumers throughout the entire US.”

With an ergonomic design, the new Poland Spring Origin bottle is claimed to have been made from other bottles and contains 100% food-grade recycled plastic.

In April last year, Nestlé Waters North America expanded its range of Sparkling Poland Spring Brand Natural Spring Water with the addition of ten new flavours.

Poland Spring Origin will be now available in 100% recycled plastic bottles.
