Maple Hill Creamery has introduced 100% Grass-Fed Organic Whole Milk in the US in response to consumer demand.

Maple Hill Creamery has moved into the fluid milk category as it broadens its market reach, evolving from a yogurt company to a full-fledged dairy company.

The new fluid milk is sourced from family-owned farms of the Maple Hill Milkshed, the geographical region of producing milk for Maple Hill Creamery in New York state.

This new product is claimed to have a distinctive flavour found only in milk from grass-fed cows and is available in a family-sized 64-ounce half gallon carton.

A one-cup serving contains 150 calories, 8g of fat, 12g of carbohydrates, 8g of protein, and 30% of the daily value for calcium.

"We're so excited to finally be able to offer milk to our customers and consumers."

Maple Hill Creamery's chief executive officer (CEO) and founding farmer Tim Joseph said: "We're so excited to finally be able to offer milk to our customers and consumers.

“The rapid growth of our Maple Hill Milkshed (now topping out at 108 certified 100% grass-fed farms) has allowed us to expand and enter the fluid milk category, which is becoming more segmented, specialised, and dynamic."

Maple Hill Creamery was founded in 2009 by Tim and Laura Joseph. They began selling organic yogurt made from cow's milk sourced from their 250-acre dairy farm.

Currently, Maple Hill Creamery sources milk from more than 100 dairy farms across New York State. The company has launched several organic products, including Cream On Top Yogurt, Whole Milk Greek Yogurt, Whole Milk Drinkable Yogurt, Whole Milk Cleaner Kefir, and raw milk cheeses.

Its products are sold at nearly 6,000 retailers across the US.
