DS Waters of America (DS Waters) has purchased Jensen Distributors, a US-based distributor of Mountain Valley and Diamond water products in the Tampa, Florida, for an undisclosed amount.

The company will continue to distribute its products including Crystal Spring bottled water brand to homes and offices in the Tampa.

Following the purchase, the existing customers of Jensen will continue to receive Mountain Valley water in glass bottles.

With the acquisition, Jensen will add a range of new flavoured drink mixes, hot chocolate, tea and coffee products to their portfolio, while customers will be able to manage their account and delivery schedule online.

Commenting on the acquisition, DS Waters southern division general manager and senior vice president Glen Sanders said they are pleased to add Mountain Valley and Diamond water products to their central Florida routes.

"These unique brands complement our range of bottled drinking water and give customers a wider choice of beverages," Sanders added.

DS Waters president and CEO Tom Harrington said they welcome customers of Jensen Distributors to the DS Waters family and look forward to offering them a wide variety of beverages with outstanding customer service.

Georgia-based DS Waters of America provides bottled water, brewed coffee and tea, and water filtration services.
